The invention relates to a device for recording a finger print by means of a transparent cover layer (8), forming a finger rest, between which a light- emitting layer (9) and a layer of light-sensitive elements in a matrix arrangement are provided, with an analytical circuit (7), connected to the light-sensitive elements. According to the invention, advantageous construction conditions can be achieved, whereby the layer (1) of light- sensitive elements comprises a transparent photo-active layer (2) made of organic semiconductor between two transparent electrode layers (3, 4) of crossing conductor tracks (5, 6).
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour enregistrer une empreinte digitale, pourvu d'une couche extérieure (8) laissant passer la lumière et formant un appui pour le doigt, une couche (1) d'éléments photosensibles agencés en une matrice étant placée entre la couche extérieure et une couche électroluminescente (9), ainsi que d'un circuit d'analyse (7) relié aux éléments photosensibles. L'objectif de cette invention est de créer des conditions de construction avantageuses. A cet effet, la couche (1) d'éléments photosensibles présente une couche photoactive (2) laissant passer la lumière à base de semiconducteurs organiques, intercalée entre deux couches d'électrode (3, 4) laissant passer la lumière et constituées de pistes conductrices entrecroisées (5, 6).
