Fingertip stimulating devices allowing everybody to handle them easily, capable of securely stimulating the tip of a finger, and capable of possibly stabilizing a body temperature to approximately the same degree of temperature as that of a healthy person. The fingertip stimulating device (1) comprises a fingertip disposed part (3) for disposing the tip of the finger and near infrared radiation generating members (4) radiating near infrared radiation to near the growing edge of a nail at the fingertip disposed on the fingertip disposed part (3). Also, the fingertip stimulating device (300) comprises fingertip disposed parts (331) to (335) for disposing the tip of the finger, near infrared radiation generating members (341) to (345) radiating near infrared radiation to near the growing edge of the nail at the fingertip disposed on the fingertip disposed parts (331) to (335), and violet light beam generating members (361) to (365) visually disposed and emitting a violet light beam.
