Method for finishing a tool (10) for working wood comprising a substantially flat body (12) having a central zone, possibly provided with a hole (15), a peripheral zone (14) in which a plurality of cutting elements (13) are disposed in order to work the wood, and an intermediate annular zone (18), disposed between the central zone and the peripheral zone (14), in which one or more through notches (17) are made. The finishing method provides at least a first step of depositing a polymer material (20) inside the through notches (17), which is performed by means of injection, hot and under pressure, of the polymer material (20) in its molten state inside the through notches (17).
L'invention concerne un procédé de finition d'un outil (10) pour travailler le bois. L'outil comporte un corps sensiblement plat (12) muni d'une zone centrale qui présente éventuellement un trou (15) d'une zone périphérique (14) dans laquelle plusieurs éléments de coupe (13) sont disposés afin de travailler le bois ; et d'une zone annulaire intermédiaire (18) disposée entre la zone centrale et la zone périphérique (14) et dans laquelle sont pratiquées une ou plusieurs entailles traversantes (17). Le procédé de finition comporte au moins une première étape de dépôt d'une matière polymère (20) à l'intérieur des encoches traversantes (17) par injection, à chaud et sous pression, de la matière polymère (20), dans son état fondu, dans lesdites encoches traversantes (17).
