There is provided a fire escape device that can be installed on the inside of a building near a window. This device consist of two sections, an anchorage point which is telescopic, able to be installed from floor and extend above the opening of the window which will allows maximum strength, and a descend device that can be easily attached to the anchorage system attachment portion above the window opening. The descend device operate by releasing a lever which is equipped with an automatic braking mechanism. The descend device can be stored on the anchorage system, in other instances, able to be stored elsewhere conveniently. An emergency lighting system also included.
