A fire-fighting all-terrain vehicle (202) supports thereon a first water tank (204) at a first location, and a second water tank (206) at a second, different location. A pipe (214) connects the first water tank to the second water tank for water flow therebetween. A conduit (210) extends from the first and second water tanks (204, 206) for passing the water out of the tanks (204, 206), and a pump (212) is connected to the conduit (210) for passing the water under pressure through the conduit (210). A foam concentrate tank (208) is connected to the conduit (210) by a line extending to and communicating therewith, and is positioned on the vehicle adjacent one of the water tanks (206). The conduit (210) includes a first hose extending from the conduit and connected to a spray boom (228); and a second hose (224) extending from the conduit (210), around a reel (222) supported on the vehicle (202), and connected to a spray gun (226).
