ABSTRACT A filled polypropylene composition having excellent flame retardance is prepared by blending polypropylene resin with chlorinated paraffin hydrocarbon, chlorinated polyethylene, antimony oxide and alumina trihydrate. The compositions are compatible for molding and may be employed where flame retardance is of particular importance as for example for use as structural components in T.V. sets, radios and home appliances. -i-
