Fire Safety Tubular System comprised of an inner steel tube with designed folds and/or directional system that will manually or electronically direct compressed retardant foam and/or water directly to fire or chemical emergency. Inner steel tube is surrounded or embraced with a bladder/plastic material, forming a containment shell, housing electronic know-how, activation and overall visual systems. The whole system is linked to a Command Control Center that manually or automatically addresses any Safety Fire and/or Chemical spill or other determined emergency that may be a threat to humans and/or property ie: hospitals, subway tunnels, underground malls, gasoline filling stations, mines, power plants, tankers and/or luxury liners, schools, under ground electric power systems, restaurant kitchens/hotels, homes, etc.
