A fired refractory shaped part, having a structure comprising: a) at least 75 wt.% of a pre-fired refractory secondary material with a grain size up to 3 mm, b) a pore volume between 10 and 30% that, which pore volume, after firing of the shaped part, being at least partially filled with a carbon containing material in such a way, that c) a carbon content, referred to the shaped part, amounts to > 3 wt.%, and d) an open porosity amounts between 4.5 and 7.5 vol.% after filling with the carbon containing material and a subsequent tempering process.

L'invention concerne une pièce moulée réfractaire calcinée, dont la structure a) comprend jusqu'à au moins 75% en poids d'un matériau secondaire réfractaire précalciné, de granulation allant jusqu'à 3 mm et b) présente un volume poreux ouvert compris entre 10 et 30%, rempli, après calcination, au moins en partie, avec un matériau à base de carbone, c) la teneur en carbone étant > 3% en poids, par rapport à la pièce moulée.
