Ces compositions sont caractérisées en ce qu'elles comprennent en outre un stabilisant particulier consistant dans une hydrotalcite de formule générale : Mg(1-a)Ala(OH)2 A a/2' PH2O avec A = SO42- ou CO32-, 0 < a ? 0,5 et 0 < p < 1. Les compositions conformes à l'invention peuvent être transformées en articles présentant un excellent compromis de propriétés en matière d'ignifugation, de résilience, de résistance au cheminement de l'arc et de tenue au vieillissement en atmosphère chaude et humide.
