The feed device for granular firing product is designed for furnaces with minimum capacities of less than 1kW. It has a conveyor screw (2) disposed in a pipe (8) for conveying the granular firing product. The central screw axis pipe (3) on whose outer wall the volution (5) is mounted and with which the conveyor screw (2) is disposed in the pipe (8) such that it can rotate, measures at least a quarter of the pipe diameter. The screw axis pipe (3) is shaped as a cone (10) at the tip, where a circular grating (1) with a central circular hole (6) and air feed openings (7) on the outer region of the grating (1) is disposed horizontally. This hole (6) is smaller than the diameter of the conveyor screw (2) and where a conically expanding funnel--shaped wall (9) guided downwards from its edge (18) as a sliding wall for the firing product to be conveyed. This wall (9) runs almost or exactly parallel to the cone (10) of the upper end of the screw axis (3). The inside of the conveyor pipe (8) is rough or provided with longitudinal ribs (14) such that the firing product is supported and does not rotate with the screw.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'alimentation en combustibles sous forme de granulés pour un four à puissances minimales inférieures à 1 kW. Le dispositif comporte une vis sans fin (2) placée dans un tube (8) et permettant le transport de combustibles sous forme de granulés. L'axe tubulaire (3) central de la vis, sur la paroi extérieure duquel l'hélice (5) est placée et avec lequel la vis sans fin (2) est montée rotative dans le tube (8), présente un diamètre correspondant au moins au quart du diamètre du tube. L'extrémité supérieure de l'axe tubulaire (3) se termine en pointe en formant un cône (10) et une grille circulaire (1) est placée horizontalement au-dessus de la vis sans fin, la grille comportant un trou (6) circulaire central et des orifices d'alimentation en air (7) dans la zone extérieure de ladite grille (1). Le trou (6) présente un diamètre inférieur à celui de la vis sans fin (2) et une paroi (9) conique en forme de trémie s'étend du bord (18) du trou vers le bas, laquelle paroi faisant office de surface glissante pour les combustibles à transporter. La paroi (9) s'étend de manière approximativement ou exactement parallèle au cône (10) de l'extrémité supérieure de l'axe (3). La face intérieure du tube de transport (8) est rugueuse ou pourvue, par exemple, de nervures longitudinales (14), de sorte que les combustibles sont retenus contre la face intérieure et ne sont pas entraînées en rotation avec la vis sans fin.
