Known art of bait holders usually consist of a plastic head holder to hold the bait. Spin is imparted into the bait by the insertion of hooks that cause a bend in the bait causing the spinning action which catches fish. In this invention the bait is held by longitudinal support down the side of the bait. The spin is caused from the adjustable tail fins of the holder and the hooks are held in place from the longitudinal bait support.
