Schedule 2 Abstract The "Fish Scope", derived from the periscope, is intended for use by sport fishermen who wish to observe fish activity beneath the surface of the water or beneath a cover of ice. Fishermen must rely on blind luck or expensive, electronic devices to identify the best location to drop a hook in hopes of catching a fish. Ice fishermen in particular rely on experience and luck to locate schools of fish, drilling countless holes in the ice in an attempt to identify the lucky spot. The "Fish Scope" will permit visual scanning of the underwater areas and improve the chance of dropping a hook close to where fish are congregating. In addition this invention can be used by anyone needing to observe areas or objects in areas which cannot be accessed directly for safety reasons or because of restricted access.
