ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A remote control fishing apparatus which combines the pleasures of fishing and remote control aquatic toys includes a shark-shaped vessel, with a rudder, propeller and drive system for driving the propeller; a radio receiver; servomechanisms connecting the receiver to the propeller and rudder, so that the speed and steering of the vessel can be remotely controlled; and a release device connected to the vessel, whereby a fishing line can be releasably connected to the vessel for trolling using the vessel drive system.
