Fishing apparatus having a container forming a chamber in which caught fish and live bait may be placed and maintained separate from each other. Air is introduced to the chamber to supply oxygen sufficient to enable caught fish and live bait to remain alive. The container provides support for fishing poles, both live and dead bait, and fishing tackle. The retainer may be separated from the container and be tethered thereto. A fishing pole in use may be rested atop the container and restrained against inadvertent separation there from.
