A fishing lure (20) having a lure body (22) with a main bore (24) and a mid-portion bore (26). The main bore (24) extends longitudinally through the body (22) between its front (22a) and rear ends (22b) and the mid-portion bore (26) branches from the main bore (24). A first line portion (38) passes through the main bore (24) and terminates in a rear attachment loop (40) to which rear hook is attached. A second line portion (44) passes through a forward portion (30) of the main bore (24) and the mid-portion bore (26) and terminates in a side attachment loop (46) to which a side hook is attached. The first and second portions (38, 44) are connected together to form a fishing line attachment loop (34). The body (22) slides freely on the first and second line portions (38, 44) so that when a fish strikes the lure, the body (22) slides forward.
