ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A fish lure resembling a frog-like creature has head and tail sections interconnected by a resilient, wind up motor means which serves to rotate the tail section and the head section relative to each other when the lure is cast on the water. A low friction bearing surface is provided between the two sections to allow rotary movement therebetween.
