FISHING LURE AND LURE ENHANCEMENT KIT ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION A fishing lure comprises a soft, plastic body having an elongated passage extending therethrough. An elongated tubular casing is received in the passage and includes a bore having an open leading end and an open trailing end. A length of fishing line is received in the bore through its open leading end. A shank portion of a hook is disposed in the bore through the open trailing end and is connected to the line in the bore.
