A fishing lure (10) manufactured from a sintered metal powder. The metal powder may be one or more metals, one or more alloys, or any combination or mixture thereof. The lure (10) is of a weight sufficient to sink to a depth in the water and shaped such that, when urged through the water, the lure (10) moves in a substantially oscillating motion. A method of manufacturing a fishing lure (10) is also disclosed.
