Abstract of the Disclosure A spinner blade is arranged for mounting on a fish line or leader and is formed of a flat blank of material of a type and gauge that normally retains its shape but is flexible. The spinner blade is sufficiently flexible such that it will readily flex and not interfere with a fish taking the hook. In one form, the spinner has a blade-like member with oppositely extending cupped end portions with a propeller pitch and joined centrally by a narrow body portion. This spinner is formed of a flat blank of plastic film and according to a method of construction, shrink points are provided on opposite side edges of the rounded end portions which are offset from each other relative to the center of the body portion and which form the cupped, propeller-like shape to the end portions.
