There is described a fitment removal prevention device (26) for insertion within a container (10) having a rigid mouth portion (12), said device (26) comprising a body portion (28) and an incompressible member (38) movable with respect to the body por- tion (28) and biased from a first position in which the device (26) is insertable into the container (10) to a second position in which the member (38) engages the container (10) and exerts a force on the mouth portion (12) in a first direction having a component transverse to the direction of extraction of the device (26) from the container (10) so as to thereby retain the device (26) with re- spect to the container (10), the device (26) being adapted such that the member (38) exerts an increased force on the mouth por- tion (12) in said first direction upon the at- tempted extraction of the device (26) from the container (10).

L'invention concerne un dispositif anti-retrait (26) d'accessoire, destiné à être inséré dans un récipient (10) doté d'un goulot (12) rigide, qui comprend un corps (28) et un élément incompressible (38), mobile par rapport au corps (28) et incliné depuis une première position dans laquelle ce dispositif (26) peut être inséré dans le récipient (10), vers une deuxième position dans laquelle l'élément (38) entre en contact avec ce récipient (10) et exerce une force sur le goulot (12). Cette force s'exerce dans une première direction dont une composante est transversale à la direction d'extraction du dispositif (26) dudit récipient, de façon qu'il soit maintenu dans ledit récipient (10).
