The present invention relates to a fitness machine (1) for training the body, comprising a frame (2) with a vibrating element (3), a vibration generator (4) operatively connected to the vibrating element (3), and a vibration damper (5), it being possible to set the vibration damper (5) in such a way that said vibration damper can absorb to a selected degree vibration produced by the vibrating element (3), as a result of which a training load desired by the user can be obtained.
L'invention concerne une machine de culture physique (I) permettant d'entraîner le corps, comprenant un châssis (2) doté d'un élément vibratoire (3), un générateur de vibrations (4) relié de manière fonctionnelle à l'élément vibratoire (3), et un amortisseur de vibration (5).
