According to an inventive fitting out, an aircraft cabin section comprises: at least one longitudinally extending aisle (8); seats placed in rows transversal to the longitudinal aisles (8), and; at least one set of aligned overhead baggage compartments (12), the baggage compartments (12) being aligned in a transversal direction and placed above the seats.
