The invention relates to a fitting part (01) for fastening to a boiling or frying vessel, comprising a support part (03) that can be fastened to the vessel wall of the boiling or frying vessel and comprising a grip part (02), which can be fastened to the support part (03) and equipped with a latching device (11), wherein the grip part (02) is engaged with the support part (03) in an upward-inclined direction for fastening to the support part (03) and is fixed in a position of use by way of a downward tilting motion, and wherein the latching device (11) latches as a result of the downward tilting motion, in particular automatically, and secures the grip part (02), through a formed fit at the support part (03), against tilting back, and wherein a manual actuation element (04) is provided at the latching device (11) for unlatching the latching device (11) from the latched position thereof when the grip part (02) is released, and wherein the grip part (02) can be tilted back upward at an incline and removed from the support part (03) after the unlatching of the latching device (11). At the actuating element (04) and/or at the latching device, a movement guide element (16) is provided that engages with the support part (03) when the unlatching motion of the latching device (11) is performed, wherein the motion guide element (16) and the support part (03) cooperate such that the actuation motion of the actuation element or the unlatching motion of the latching device (11) causes a back-tilting of the grip part (02) upward at an incline.
L'invention concerne un élément ferrure (01) destiné à être fixé à un ustensile de cuisson et comportant un élément support (03), qui peut être fixé à la paroi de l'ustensile de cuisson, et un élément poignée (02) qui peut être emboîté de manière libérable sur l'élément support (03) et fixé à celui-ci au moyen d'un dispositif d'arrêt (11). Un élément d'actionnement (04) manuel disposé sur le dispositif d'arrêt (11) permet de le libérer lors du dégagement de l'élément poignée (02) hors de sa position d'arrêt, l'élément poignée (02), après la libération du dispositif d'arrêt (11), pivotant à nouveau à l'oblique vers le haut et pouvant être retiré de l'élément support (03). Sur l'élément d'actionnement (04) et/ou le dispositif d'arrêt est monté un élément de guidage (16) qui s'engrène sur l'élément support (03) lors du mouvement de libération du dispositif d'arrêt (11), l'élément de guidage (16) et l'élément support (03) coopérant alors de manière que le mouvement d'actionnement de l'élément d'actionnement ou le mouvement de libération du dispositif d'arrêt (11) provoque un pivotement en retour à l'oblique vers le haut de l'élément poignée (02).
