The invention relates to a barrier film made up of five stacked layers comprising: a central barrier layer comprising a first blend of EVOH and of PA, two outer layers comprising a second blend, and two adhesive layers between the central layer and the two outer layers. The second blend only contains a first copolymer of ethylene and of an a-olefin having a density less than or equal to 0.925 g/cm3 and greater than or equal to 0.915 g/cm3 and a second metallocene copolymer of ethylene and of an a-olefin having a density less than or equal to 0.910 g/cm3. According to the invention, the proportion of the second copolymer relative to the weight of its outer layer is greater than or equal 20% and less than or equal to 45%, the seal initiation temperature for a seal breaking strength greater than or equal to 15 N/30 mm is below 120°C, the seal breaking strength of the film is greater than or equal to 10 N/30 mm after passing through a water bath at 85°C for one and half hours.

L'invention concerne un film barrière constitué de cinq couches superposées, comprenant : une couche centrale de barrière comprenant un premier mélange d'EVOH et de PA, deux couches extérieures comprenant un deuxième mélange, deux couches adhésives entre la couche centrale et les deux couches extérieures. Le deuxième mélange ne contient qu'un premier copolymère d'éthylène et d'une .alpha.-oléfine ayant une densité inférieure ou égale à 0,925 g/cm3 et supérieure ou égale à 0,915 g/cm3 et un deuxième copolymère métallocène d'éthylène et d'une .alpha.-oléfine ayant une densité inférieure ou égale à 0,910 g/cm3. Suivant l'invention, la proportion du deuxième copolymère par rapport au poids de sa couche extérieure est supérieure ou égale à 20 % et inférieure ou égale à 45 %, la température d'initiation au scellage pour une force de rupture du scellage supérieure ou égale à 15 N / 30 mm est inférieure à 120 °C, la force de rupture de scellage du film est supérieure ou égale à 10 N / 30 mm après passage au bain-marie d'une heure et demie à 85 °C.
