A fixation device firmly fastening an object by using irreversible loosening prevention means and preventing loosening of the device by an excellent loosening prevention function of the device.The fixation device has excellent durability and workability in fastening operation, can perform firm fastening without having an increased number of parts, and has excellent corrosion resistance. The fixation device has a bolt section (1) and a nut section (2). A threadless section (12) having an appropriate groove width is axially provided at a part of a male thread section (11) of the bolt section (1). A tube section (21) is extendedly provided on the nut section (2), at a position corresponding to the threadless section (12) of the bolt section (1) when the nut section (2) is fastened to the bolt section (1). After the bolt section (1) and the nut section (2) are fastened and fixed to a predetermined position, the tube section (21) is pressed by a tool, such as a crushing tool (3), in the diameter reducing direction, crushed against the threadless section (12) to fix the nut section (2) to the bolt section (1).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixation fixant fermement un objet à l'aide de moyens de prévention de desserrage irréversibles et empêchant le desserrage du dispositif grâce à une excellente fonction de prévention de desserrage du dispositif. Le dispositif de fixation présente une excellente durabilité et maniabilité lors de la fixation, peut effectuer une fixation ferme sans nécessiter un nombre accru de parties et possède une excellente résistance à la corrosion. Le dispositif de fixation possède une section boulon (1) et une section écrou (2). Une section non filetée (12), dotée d'une largeur de rainure appropriée, est disposée axialement sur une partie d'une section à filetage mâle (11) de la section boulon (1). Une section tube (21) est disposée de manière à s'étendre sur la section écrou (2), sur une position correspondant à la section non filetée (12) de la section boulon (1), lorsque la section écrou (2) est fixée à la section boulon (1). Une fois les sections boulon (1) et écrou (2) fixées sur une position prédéterminée, la section tube (21) est comprimée par un outil, tel un outil d'écrasement (3), dans la direction de réduction du diamètre, contre la section non filetée (12) afin de fixer la section écrou (2) à la section boulon (1).
