The invention relates to a knee-joint endoprosthesis with a femoral part anchored in the femur and a tibial plate (2) connected to the tibia bone, on which tibial plate tibial parts (1) are arranged by way of gliding surfaces, and preferably with meniscus elements disposed between the femoral part and the tibial parts (1). With a view to mechanically stable anchorage of the tibial part (1) on the tibial plate (2) that may optionally be subsequently released, even at the implanted joint, so that the tibial part (1) can be exchanged, it is proposed that the tibial part or parts (1) are detachably connected to the tibial plate (2) by wedging, screwing and/or bracing.
L'invention porte sur une endoprothèse du genou comportant une partie fémorale, ancrée dans le fémur, et un plateau tibial (2) fixé au tibia. Des parties tibiales (1) sont disposées sur le plateau au moyen de surfaces de glissement, et des éléments représentant les ménisques sont placés, de préférence, entre la partie fémorale et les parties tibiales (1). Il est proposé que la partie ou les parties tibiales (1) soient fixées au plateau tibial (2) par coinçage, vissage et/ou calage pour obtenir un ancrage mécanique stable des parties tibiales (1) sur le plateau tibial (2) qui, par la suite, peut être libéré au besoin, même dans l'articulation implantée, afin d'échanger la partie tibiale (1).
