Frequency regulating apparatus (30) comprising a high power, voltage variable dielectric varactor (16) or capacitor (31) (or ferroelectric voltage variable dielectric capacitor (31)) for use as a control element in the regulation circuit that actively tunes a resonant network (11) to modulate power delivered to a load. The voltage variable dielectric capacitor comprises a substrate (32) having a bottom electrode (33) formed thereon. A dielectric material (34) is disposed on the substrate is a crystallized ceramic material that preferably comprises a barium, strontium, and titanium mixture. A top electrode (35) is disposed on top of the crystallized ceramic material. Methods (20) of fabricating the voltage variable dielectric varactor (capacitor) are also disclosed.

La présente invention concerne un appareil de régulation de fréquence (30), comprenant un varactor diélectrique à tension variable haute puissance (16) ou un condensateur diélectrique à tension variable haute puissance (31) (ou condensateur diélectrique à tension variable ferroélectrique (31)), utilisé comme élément de commande dans le circuit de régulation qui règle un réseau résonnant (11), afin de moduler la puissance délivrée à une charge. Ledit condensateur diélectrique à tension variable comprend un substrat (32), sur lequel est formée une électrode inférieure (33). Un matériau diélectrique (34) est placé sur le substrat. Ce matériau diélectrique (34) est un matériau céramique cristallisé qui comprend de préférence un mélange de baryum, de strontium et de titane.
