The invention concerns a device comprising a rigid housing (2) connected to the structural element and enclosing at least partially the cable (6), a wedging structure (3) arranged between the cable and the housing, load transmitting means (4, 13, 14) arranged to exert a longitudinal compressive stress, parallel to the cable, on the wedging structure. The wedging structure is pressed against the cable and the housing under the action of the longitudinal compressive stress, so as to provide resistance to the movement of the housing and the structural element parallel to the cable.
Le dispositif comprend un boîtier rigide (2) relié à l'élément de construction et entourant au moins partiellement le câble (6), une structure de coincement (3) disposée entre le câble et la boîtier, et des moyens (4, 13, 14) de transmission d'effort agencés pour exercer un effort de compression longitudinale, parallèlement au câble, sur la structure de coincement. La structure de coincement est pressée contre le câble et le boîtier sous l'action de l'effort de compression longitudinale, de façon à offrir une résistance su mouvement du bottier ct de l'élément de construction parallèlement au câble.
