The invention relates to a fixing device comprising a clip (200) and a fixing element (100), wherein the clip (200) is made from a main plate (210) and a counter plate (220) which are joined to each other by a connecting strip (20) and the fixing element (100) comprises a shaft (110) which is coupled to the main plate (210) and provided with an inner channel (120), characterized in that the counter plate (220) has a convex non-rectilinear shape leading towards the shaft (110) when in a rest position.
