This is a flagpole having a base as holder with guide pin. It's a pole with a swivel type action in a base making it easier to lay down to change flag and do maintenance. Its base has pins attached to a circular, or other form, attached to one end of the pins which the pole inserts inside of it, this is installed on the guide posts giving it its swivel action to release the pole from a vertical pole to a horizontal pole allowing it easy to be lowered and raised.
