A beater (10) for rotor shredders comprises an elongate base body (12) having an articulated joint, by means of which the beater (10) can be coupled to a rotor so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis (48) which is parallel to the rotor axis, and having a support face (18) which extends in the direction of the free end of the base body (12); a cutting head (14) with cutting edges (106, 108) which project at opposite ends, said cutting head (14) being supported on the base body (12) by means of the support face (18) and by means of complementarily intermeshing structures (40, 80), which are provided on the support face (18), on the support face (18) and the cutting head (14); and detachable connecting means (96) for connecting the base body (12) and the cutting head (14), said connecting means (96) extending through the complementary structures (40, 80). Here, to increase stability, the complementary structures are formed by a depression (40), which is formed in the support face (18) of the base body (12), and by a shoulder (80), which complements said depression (40), of the cutting head (14). The patent also describes a cutting head suitable for this purpose.
L'invention concerne un battoir (10) pour déchiqueteur à rotor, contenant un corps de base (12) allongé, avec un palier pivotant, au moyen duquel le battoir (10) peut être articulé sur un rotor, de manière à pivoter autour d'un axe de pivotement (48) parallèle à l'axe du rotor, ainsi qu'une surface d'appui (18) s'étendant en direction de l'extrémité libre du corps de base (12); une tête de coupe (14) munie d'arêtes de coupe (106, 108) saillantes à des extrémités opposées, qui est soutenue sur le corps de base (12), par l'intermédiaire de la surface d'appui (18) et de structures (40, 80) en prise mutuelle de manière complémentaire, prévues sur la surface d'appui (18), au niveau de la surface d'appui (18) et de la tête de coupe (14); ainsi que des moyens d'assemblage (96) amovibles pour relier le corps de base (12) et la tête de coupe (14), qui sont introduits et guidés à travers les structures complémentaires (40, 80). A cet effet, pour renforcer la stabilité, les structures complémentaires sont formées par une cavité (40) ménagée dans la surface d'appui (18) du corps de base (12) et par une butée (80) de la tête de coupe (14), complémentaire à ladite cavité. L'invention concerne également une tête de coupe plus appropriée.
