The flame-resistant polyurethanes of the invention comprise, as flameproofing agents, mixtures of oligomeric phosphoric acid esters which carry hydroxyalkoxy groups, of the formula I Image (I) in which ? denotes an average chain length of 0.5 to 10, R1 is a hydroxyl-containing radical of the formula II a, R2 is a radical of the formula III Image (II a: R7 = H) (III) (II b: R7 = C1-C6) R3 is a radical of the formula II b, R4 is R1 or R3; R5, R6 and R7 are an H atom or an alkyl radical having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, m is 0 to 4 and n is 1 to 4.
