The invention relates to flame resistant rigid foams and formulations useful for the production thereof. The polyol formulation must include at least one substance which is inert with respect to isocyanates, does not deplete the ozone layer and has a boiling point below 55°C and a reaction product of at least one compound with an aromatic ring, at least one aldehyde or ketone and at least one primary or secondary amine. This polyol formulation is reacted with an isocyanate, optionally with other commonly used additives, to produce rigid flame resistant foams.

L'invention concerne des mousses rigides ininflammables et des compositions utiles pour leur production. La composition de polyol doit inclure au moins une substance inerte par rapport aux isocyanates, qui n'épuise pas la couche d'ozone et qui possède un point d'ébullition inférieur à 55 degrés C, ainsi qu'un produit de réaction ayant au moins un composé à noyau aromatique, au moins un aldéhyde ou cétone et au moins une amine primaire ou secondaire. La composition de polyol est mise en réaction avec un isocyanate, et, en option, avec d'autres additifs courants, pour produire des mousses rigides ininflammables.
