A flame-retardant thermoplastic molding composition is disclosed. The composition contains polycarbonate resin, about 0.1-1.5 percent by weight of an inorganic metal complex and an amount of a carboxylic acid sufficient to neutralize the hydrotalcite. The composition is characterized by its improved thermal stability.
L'invention concerne une composition de moulage thermoplastique ignifugeante. Cette composition comprend de la résine de polycarbonate, approximativement 0,1 à 1,5 pour cent en poids d'un complexe métallique inorganique ainsi qu'une quantité suffisante d'acide carboxylique pour neutraliser l'hydrotalcite. Cette composition est caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente une meilleure thermostabilité.
