A flame-retardant resin composition which comprises 30 to 90 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (A) having a JIS hardness of A98 or below as determined according to JIS K 7311, 70 to 10 parts by weight of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (B) having a vinyl acetate unit content of 50 to 90wt%, 0 to 40 parts by weight of at least one polymer (C) selected from among (C1) an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative copolymer modified with an acid anhydride, (C2) an epoxy-containing ethylene/olefin copolymer, and (C3) a styrene elastomer modified with an acid anhydride (with the proviso that the total amount of the components (A), (B) and (C) is 100 parts by weight), and 40 to 250 parts by weight of a metal hydroxide (D) (per 100 parts by weight of the resin component consisting of the components (A), (B) and (C)).
La présente invention concerne une composition de résine ignifuge qui comprend de 30 à 90 parties en poids d'un élastomère de polyuréthane thermoplastique (A) qui présente une dureté JIS de A98 ou moins telle que mesurée selon la méthode JIS K 7311, de 70 à 10 parties en poids d'un copolymère d'éthylène/acétate de vinyle (B) qui présente une teneur en unités d'acétate de vinyle de 50 à 90 % en poids, de 0 à 40 parties en poids d'au moins un polymère (C) choisi parmi (C1) un copolymère d'éthylène/dérivé d'acide carboxylique insaturé modifié avec un anhydride acide, (C2) un copolymère d'éthylène contenant un époxy/oléfine et (C3) un élastomère de styrène modifié avec un anhydride acide (à condition que la quantité totale des composants (A), (B) et (C) soit de 100 parties en poids) et de 40 à 250 parties en poids d'un hydroxyde métallique (D) (par 100 parties en poids du composant de résine constitué des composants (A), (B) et (C)).
