Abstract A flame-retardant polyester resin composition comprises: (A) a thermoplastic polyester resin, (B) 1 to 30 wt. % (based on the composition) of an organic halogenated flame retardant, (C) 5 to 60 wt. % (based on the composition) of an inorganic filler, and (D) 0.5 to 20 wt. % (based on the composition) of a phosphoric ester of the following formula (1): Image ...(1) wherein R represents a divalent organic group, R' groups represent the same or different groups selected from the group consisting of C1 to C20 aliphatic groups, C3 to C13 alicyclic groups and C6 to Cl8 aromatic groups, m represents a number of 1 to 30 and n represents an integer of 0 to 3.
