The invention concerns a flame retarding composition without halogen to be applied on a substrate, comprising a polymer binder for binding the flame retarding composition to the substrate, and at least a flame retarding agent, the flame retarding agents forming an intumescent system comprising an acid source agent, and a carbon source agent, excluding a supplementary generator of expanding gas, the weight ratio between the acid source agent and the carbon source agent being 1.85. The invention also concerns yarn made fireproof by application of the flame retarding composition, and textile structures comprising such fireproof yarn.
L'invention concerne une composition ignifugeante sans halogène destinée à être appliquée sur un substrat, comprenant un liant polymère servant à lier la composition ignifugeante au substrat, et au moins un agent ignifugeant, les agents ignifugeants formant un système intumescent comprenant un agent source d'acide, et un agent source de carbone, à l'exclusion d'une source supplémentaire génératrice de gaz d'expansion, et le rapport pondéral entre l'agent source d'acide et l'agent source de carbone étant de 1,85. L'invention concerne également des fils rendus ignifuges par application de la composition ignifugeante, et des structures textiles comportant de tels fils ignifuges.
