The invention relates to a method for producing thermoformed moulded bodies, according to which: (i) a composition containing the following components is melted and blended, A) between 40 and 95 parts by weight of a branched aromatic polycarbonate and/or a branched aromatic polyester carbonate, B) between 1 and 25 parts by weight of a graft polymer containing one or more graft bases (B.2) selected from the silicon rubber (B.2.1) and silicon acrylate rubber (B.2.2) groups, C) between 9 and 18 parts by weight of talcum, D) between 0.4 and 20 parts by weight of a flameproofing agent containing phosphorus, E) between 0.5 and 20 parts by weight of one or more inorganic boron compounds, and F) between 0 and 3 parts by weight of an anti-drip agent; (ii) the resultant melt is cooled and granulated; (iii) the granulate is melted and extruded to form sheets; and (iv) the sheets are shaped into a three-dimensional structure. Said thermoformed bodies meet higher fire-protection standards. The invention also relates to moulded bodies obtained according to said method.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de corps moulés thermoformés consistant (i) à fondre et à mélanger une composition contenant A) 40 à 95 parts en poids de polycarbonate aromatique ramifié et/ou de polyestercarbonate aromatique ramifié; B) 1 à 25 parts en poids d'un polymérisat greffé contenant une ou plusieurs bases de greffage choisies dans le groupe des caoutchoucs de silicone et des caoutchoucs de siliconacrylate; C) 9 à 18 parts en poids de talc; D) 0,4 à 20 parts en poids d'agent ignifugeant contenant du phosphore; E) 0,5 à 20 parts en poids d'un ou plusieurs composés de bore anorganiques; et F) 0 à 3 parts en poids d'agents anti-gouttes; (ii) à refroidir et à granuler la masse fondue résultante; (iii) à fondre le granulat et à l'extruder sous forme de plaques; et (iv) à former les plaques sous forme de structure tridimensionnelle répondant à des exigences augmentées en matière d'ignifugation. L'invention concerne également des corps moulés pouvant être obtenus selon ledit procédé.
