Disclosed is a flange sleeve (10) comprising at least one flange (3) formed thereon, having no gap at the joint or having a controllably adjusted width of the gap at the joint. The flange (13) has two crowding recesses (16, 16', 16'', 16''') at least in the metal coating thereof in at least two points distributed over the flange in the direction of the periphery. According to the method for producing said flange sleeves (10), the edge of the flange is bent. At least two crowding recesses in at least two points distributed over the flange in the direction of the periphery are made at least in the metal coating thereof, said recesses preferably being made by bending the edge of the sleeve. The invention also relates to a bending tool and a bending device.
L'invention concerne une douille à collet (10) comportant au moins un collet (3) formé sur cette dernière. Ladite douille ne présente aucune ouverture au niveau du joint ou bien présente une ouverture de joint dont la largeur est définie de manière contrôlée. Le collet (13) présente des évidements (16, 16', 16'', 16''') repoussant la matière, au moins dans la couche métallique (17), au niveau d'au moins deux endroits répartis sur le collet dans le sens périphérique. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production de telles douilles à collet (10), selon lequel le bord de la douille est cintré. Ce procédé consiste à pratiquer des évidements repoussant la matière, au moins dans la couche métallique, au niveau d'au moins deux endroits répartis sur le collet dans le sens périphérique. Ces évidements sont produits de préférence lors du cintrage du bord de la douille. L'invention concerne en outre un outil et un dispositif de cintrage.
