A flanged spool made of plastic, in particular for the taking-up of glass fiber yarns, has an essentially cylindrical jacket (1) which forms a winding surface with a flange (3) extending radially outwards on one end and a concentric collar (9) with a reduced diameter on the other end and with a supporting element (11) inside the jacket (1) which has a central guide bush (12) designed to be radially flexible and elastic in a peripheral area (16) facing the end with the flange (3) (bottom end). This flexibility reliably ensures that the peripheral area (16) fits closely on a receiving lug, thus improving the rotating and the load bearing qualities.
Bobine à flasques fabriquée en plastique, notamment pour le tensionnement de fil de fibre de verre comportant une chemise cylindrique (1) formant la surface d'enroulement, et dont une extrémité comporte une flasque (3) radiale, l'autre extrémité étant pourvue d'un collet concentrique (9) de diamètre réduit; un élément de support (11) situé à l'intérieur de la chemise comporte une douille de guidage (12) destinée à conférer flexibilité et souplesse à la région périphérique (16) au voisinage de l'extrémité pourvue de la flasque (3) (extrémité inférieure). Cette flexibilité assure efficacement l'ajustement approprié de la région périphérique (16) à l'ergot de montage, améliorant ainsi la qualité de l'entraînement en rotation ainsi que la force portante de la chemise.
