The invention relates to a flanging device for pre-flanging and flanging of components (5, 6), in particular vehicle body sheet metal, comprising a) a first component (5) with a vertical flange (7) positioned in front of the flange, b) a second component (6) with an even edge region (8), c) a fold bed creating a flange (4) with a support surface for said components (5, 6), located at least m the vicinity of an edge region (8) d) at least one pre-fold cheek (9, 21) which can be moved to a preflanging position and having a working surface located in an edge area (14) for said flange (7), e) at least one pusher (2) which can move a flange from the outside to the inside of said flange position (10) a surface (15) located at an edge region (8) for said flange (7).

L'invention concerne un dispositif de sertissage servant au sertissage préalable et final d'éléments (5, 6), en particulier de tôles pour carrosserie automobile. Le dispositif de sertissage selon l'invention est constitué a) d'un premier élément (5) pourvu d'une collerette (7) verticale avant le sertissage, b) d'un deuxième élément (6) pourvu d'une zone de bord plane (8), c) d'un banc de pliage (4) exécutant la course de sertissage et pourvu de surfaces d'appui pour les éléments (5, 6) rapprochés au moins dans la zone de bord (8), d) d'au moins une mâchoire de sertissage préalable (9, 21) déplaçable dans une position de sertissage préalable et pourvue d'une surface d'attaque oblique (14) pour la collerette (7), et e) d'au moins une mâchoire de sertissage final (10) déplaçable à l'aide d'un coulisseau (2) de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur dans la position de sertissage final et pourvue de surfaces d'attaque (15) pour la collerette (7) parallèles à la zone de bord (8).
