FLARE GAS BURNER ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A flare gas burner is described for the smokeless combustion of flare gas at low noise level with the flare gas mixed with steam at the end of the flare burner, the steam being introduced into the flare gas flow and at the center of the vortex of the flow. The apparatus includes vanes to mix the gases and steam and acoustically lined baffling to reduce noise.
