A stent includes first and second ends, a first set of cells disposed at the first end, a second set of cells disposed adjacent the first set of cells, and a plurality of connectors coupling the first set of cells with the second set of cells such that radial expansion of the second set of cells causes the first set of cells to flare radially outwardly. The stent is delivered within an ostium. For example, the stent is introduced into a main vessel in a contracted condition, and positioned such that a first portion of the stent is disposed adjacent an ostium communicating with a branch, and a second portion of the stent is disposed within the branch. The second portion of the stent is expanded within or adjacent the branch, causing the first portion of the stent to flare radially outwardly until the first portion engages the ostium.
