ABSTRACT A flashing device for use on a building roof to seal about a pipe passing therethrough, comprising a sleeve of rubber or the like through which the pipe may pass with the upper end of the sleeve in sealing contact with the periphery of the pipe. A pair of rigid ring members are provided at the lower end of the sleeve, with a portion of the sleeve located between the ring members. The ring members being adapted to interlock together to compress the portion of the sleeve therebetween into sealing relation with a sheet material also located between the ring members.
