This is a HAND HELD device for controlling traffic. Surrounding the perimeter of the sign are LED or STROBE lights. In some applications the LED or STROBE lights are imbedded into a word that is place onto the sign. In this invention the power source and controls are contained in the handle of the device. The controls enable the user to turn on and off the flashing LED or STROBE lights.
