- 10 - FLASHLIGHT HOLDING AND ATTACHING DEVICE ABSTRACT A flashlight holding and attaching device for holding a flashlight secured in a desired position for transportation or use. The device comprises a retention pouch for removably supporting a flashlight. A longitudinal flat band having at least portions thereof provided with a hook or pile Velcro surface is secured to the pouch. The Velcro surfaces of the longitudinal flat band provides for the securement of the pouch in a variety of configurations about the body or a piece of apparel, such as a hat, of a user person.
