The invention relates to a flat-bottomed tank with a leak-proof coating used to store media hazardous to water and to a method for fitting, especially retrofitting, a flat-bottomed tank with a leak-proof coating. In view of the disadvantages of the state of the art, the aim of the invention is to provide a flat-bottomed tank with a leak-proof coating which is easy to produce and assemble, can be fixed to the tank such that it is permanently media- and vacuum-proof and meets the requirements of leak-proofing controls. The invention also aims to provide an appropriate method, especially for retrofitting flat-bottomed tanks with a leak-proof coating. To this end, the medium-resistant plastic film (4) either covers the tank bottom (1) almost completely or extends as far as the lower region of the inner side (2') of the tank wall (2) and is fixed peripherally at the level of the outer boundary of the tank bottom (1) or at a short distance to the tank bottom (1) on the inner side (2') by means of a clamping device (5), and the lining (3) covers the existing tank bottom (1) and extends no further than the clamping device (5).
L'invention concerne un réservoir à fond plat pourvu d'un revêtement antifuite et destiné au stockage de milieux risquant de contaminer l'eau, et un procédé pour l'équipement, notamment le rééquipement, d'un réservoir à fond plat avec un revêtement antifuite. En partant des inconvénients de l'état connu de la technique, l'invention a pour objet de créer un réservoir à fond plat muni d'un revêtement antifuite qui soit simple à fabriquer et à monter, se fixe sur la paroi du réservoir de manière à être durablement étanche aux milieux et au vide, et réponde aux exigences d'un contrôle antifuite. L'invention vise également à créer un procédé approprié, notamment pour rééquiper des réservoirs à fond plat avec un revêtement antifuite. A cet effet, le film (4) de plastique résistant aux milieux recouvre pratiquement entièrement le fond (1) du réservoir ou bien s'étend jusque dans la région inférieure de la face intérieure (2') de la paroi (2) du réservoir, et il est fixé de manière périphérique au niveau de la limitation extérieure du fond (1) du réservoir ou bien à une faible distance du fond (1) du réservoir, sur la face intérieure (2'), au moyen d'un dispositif de blocage (5), et la garniture (3) recouvre le fond (1) du réservoir existant et s'étend au maximum jusqu'au dispositif de blocage (5).
