ABREGE DU CONTENU TECHNIQUE DE L'INVENTION Ce rouleau comporte un thermocouple (39), déli- vrant un signal en tension qui est converti, par des moyens de conversion (86) embarqués sur le rouleau, en un courant contraint de valeur indépendante de la résistance du circuit de sortie. Le courant contraint est transmis à la partie fixe du circuit de mesure par un ensemble (90) bagues tournantes-collecteurs fixes. Ces moyens de conversion (86) sont disposés dans un boîtier (54) du rouleau et sont munis de moyens de refroidissement à air. L'air est canalisé dans le boîtier (54) par des supports (78,79,80) et des châssis (87,88,89) annulaires portant les moyens de conversion (86). Application à la mesure de température de pro- duits plats défilant dans un four de recuit en continu.
