Flexible non-reactive tubing and hoses are disclosed for an economically viable, and convenient method for conveying natural gas, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and other gaseous higher hydrocarbons. The disclosed product is a four component assembly in which the fuel conveying circular tubing is composed of at least two layers of thermoplastic materials, with the inner surface adapted for exposure to Gaseous Fuel and composed of co-polyester elastomer. The second layer is a coaxial layer made of a special nitrite rubber modified PVC compound which is co-extruded over the innermost layer. The flexible, leakage and permeation free, thermoplastic tubing thus formed is encapsulated in a specially wound metallic tube with suitable flexibility. The outer surface of the metallic casing is coated with a flame and corrosion resistant urethane elastomer to offer additional protection to the metal surfaces against corrosion, moisture, chemicals and oils for repeated usage in numerous applications.
