A flexible cellular material can be made by extruding a composition containing a polyurethane prepolymer, where the prepolymer has end groups selected from the group consisting of isocyanate end groups and trialkoxysilyl end groups, and the prepolymer is self-crosslinkable with moisture. The flexible cellular material has an expanded or foamed polymer matrix.
Le matériau cellulaire souple de l'invention a une matrice polymère expansée. Il est obtenu par extrusion d'un produit mono-composant renfermant un constituant macromoléculaire en présence de gaz sous pression, dans lequel le constituant macromoléculaire est un prépolymère de polyuréthanne à groupes terminaux isocyanate ou trialcoxysilyle, auto-réticulable à l'humidité. Le matériau cellulaire de l'invention permet d'obtenir des joints d'étanchéité.
